Monel Alloy 400 Bolts Suppliers and Manufacturer
Nickel Alloy 400 Bolts
NIckel alloy bolts are made out of nickel alloy based metals where in nickel content is high or very high comparing to other elements which ranges from 50 percentage to 90 percentage of total weight. Nickel alloy 400 is a kind of couper nickel alloy where nickel content is more then 50 percentage of total weight and it makes this alloy super alloy or high nickel alloy.
Alloy 400 bolts are also called as monel 400 bolts
in general because of the branding of Monel 400 by an European company.
Peoples knows this metal as monel 400 bolts.

Process to Manufacture Alloy 400 Bolts
We have three process to manufacture quality Nickel alloy
Bolts. First one is being manufactured by cold work where
wire is the input. This process is also known as cold headed or
cold forming nickel alloy Bolts. But in this process it is very
expensive as we as difficult. because many of the nickel alloy are
too hard in character or the required quantity is not economic to
manufacture through this cold working process. Not only this alloys
are very very high in hardness it consumes lots tooling. Second
is to manufacture by just machining from shaped bars like Hexagonal,
square or even round depending on what to manufacture.
For example to manufacture Nickel Alloy Hex Bolts we need hexagonal
bars but at the same time to manufacture Heavy Hex Head Nickel Alloy
Bolt we need bit bigger size hex and to manufacture Nickel Alloy
Socket Head Bolts or Allen Head Bolts we may use round bars close
to it's head diameter. But here also the cost factor is crucial
.
Last but not least is hot work forging. Nickel alloy Nuts are being
manufactured with this process when the size is more bigger than
normal or the quantity is bit less. There are many advantages to
adopt this process of manufacturing Nickel Alloy nuts but there
are disadvantages also.
Applications of Alloy 400 Bolts
Nickel alloy Bolts are specific in nature and that is why the application of these bolts are critical or even super critical some times. Normally these kind of alloyed Bolts are required at very high temperature or highly corrosive applications.
Nickel alloy bolts are frequently required in Oil And Gas Industries, Chemical and heavy Chemical Industries, Cement Industries, Offshore Industries etc.
